Brad Greenshields joins as a partner in the firm

Greenspan Partners LLP is pleased to announce that Brad Greenshields has joined the partnership where he will continue practicing the full spectrum of criminal litigation at all levels of court in Ontario, including before the Supreme Court of Canada.  Brad has defended clients in Extradition Act proceedings and in other administrative and regulatory contexts, including professional discipline matters.  Brad has been practicing criminal law for over 10 years, and was an associate with Greenspan Partners LLP from 2013 until becoming partner. He will continue developing his appellate expertise which began during his articles and continued as Crown counsel with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office Criminal, before joining the defence bar in 2010.
